If you accept, you pay a 50% deposit through a secure Stripe link and we begin work.

We build your site and send a private preview link. You get two rounds of revisions.
Launch
You approve, we connect your domain and go live, and the balance is due. Care plan starts the following month.

The things people ask first
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, the content, design, and domain name are yours. If you ever leave, we hand over your site files and transfer your domain at no charge. We do not hold a customer's website hostage.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The Website Care Plan is month to month with no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no notice period. Cancel by email and it ends at the close of the month you've already paid for.
What if I don't like it?
You can get a full refund of your deposit within 14 days if we haven't delivered your first preview yet. The remaining balance is only due after you've approved the site, so you're never charged in full for something you haven't accepted. Full details in our refund policy.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
Yes, and we recommend you buy it in your own name on your own card so you always control it. We'll walk you through it and connect it for you at no extra charge. If you already have one, we'll use it.
How long does it take?
Typically 5 to 10 business days from the point we have your content and your approval to begin. The main thing that slows a project down is waiting on photos and information from you.
Can the AI receptionist quote prices or take payments?
No, deliberately. It answers questions, explains your services, and takes messages. It does not agree to prices, sign anything, or handle payments on your behalf — those decisions stay with you.
What does the care plan actually include?
Hosting, your SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, security updates, and up to one small content change per month — new hours, a photo swap, a price update, seasonal text. Larger changes are quoted separately and approved by you first.
