Who we are
Novianweb, operating as Novianweb, based in Philadelphia, TN, United States. You can reach us at hello@novianweb.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us or become a customer, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address. We use this to quote work, deliver it, and support you afterwards.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never transmitted to or stored on our systems. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
Website analytics. This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers needed to run the business, and only what they need:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Anthropic — AI processing, for customers who use the AI Receptionist
We may also disclose information where required by law.
The AI Receptionist and your visitors
If you are a customer using the AI Receptionist on your site, messages your visitors type into the chat are sent to an AI provider to generate a reply, and to you so you can follow up. Tell your visitors not to enter payment details, government identification numbers, or health information into the chat. We do not use these conversations to train AI models.
The demonstration chat on our own home page replies from a short script and does not transmit what you type to any third party.
How long we keep information
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for seven years afterwards, which is the period we are required to retain business and tax records. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within one year.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we are legally required to keep it. Email hello@novianweb.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor — the highest level of certification available. We do not process, transmit, or store card numbers ourselves.
Children
Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes affecting current customers, email you.
